• Vehicle information, if required.
• Any other data requested by the platform to verify identity.

The driver bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, and undertakes to keep login credentials confidential and not share them with anyone.

3. Use of the App

The driver must use the app legally and professionally, and is prohibited from:

• Providing false information or documents.
• Using another person's account.
• Misusing the app or attempting to disrupt or hack it.
• Accepting orders without intending to execute them.
• Mistreating customers, stores, or support staff.
• Using the app for any illegal activity or activity that violates regulations.

FALCO DELIVERY reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the account upon violation of these terms.

4. Executing Delivery Requests

The driver must:

• Execute accepted orders with the highest degree of professionalism.
• Comply with safety rules while driving.
• Keep orders intact and deliver them in a suitable condition.
• Respect customers and stores and maintain professional conduct.
• Adhere to working hours and respond to orders whenever possible.

The platform has the right to redistribute or cancel orders when necessary to ensure service quality.

5. Location

The app relies on location services (GPS) to provide its services. By using the app, the driver agrees to share their location while on duty in order to:

• Receive delivery requests.
• Determine appropriate routes.
• Track order execution.
• Improve service quality and ensure operational safety.

Disabling location services may limit some app functions or the ability to receive orders.

6. Earnings and Payments

Driver dues are calculated in accordance with FALCO DELIVERY's applicable policy. Earnings are transferred or paid out using the platform's approved payment methods, with the possibility of deducting any fees or dues previously disclosed in accordance with internal policies.

7. Suspension or Termination of the Account

FALCO DELIVERY has the right to suspend or terminate a driver's account in the following cases:

• Repeated complaints regarding poor service.
• Engaging in any conduct that harms the platform, customers, or partners.
• Any violation of applicable laws or regulations.

The driver also has the right to request closure of their account at any time, subject to settling all financial and administrative obligations before closure.

The driver is fully responsible for carrying out deliveries safely and in accordance with applicable traffic laws and regulations. FALCO DELIVERY is not liable for traffic violations, accidents, or damages resulting from the driver's negligence or violation of regulations.

All intellectual property rights related to the app, including:

• Logo.
• Trade name.
• Design.
• Software.
• Text.
• Images.
• Trademarks.

are the exclusive property of FALCO DELIVERY, and may not be copied, used, republished, or modified without prior written consent.

10. Modifying the Terms of Use

To use the app's services, the restaurant or store must create an account and provide accurate and correct information, including for example:

• Restaurant or store name.
• Owner or manager name.
• Phone number.
• Email address (if available).
• Business address.
• Legal or commercial documents required upon request.
• Any other information requested by the platform to verify the partner's identity.

The restaurant or store bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided, and undertakes to keep login credentials confidential and not share them with any unauthorized person.

3. Use of the App

The restaurant or store must use the app legally and professionally, and is prohibited from:

• Providing false information or documents.
• Using an account belonging to another party.
• Misusing the app or attempting to disrupt or hack it.
• Accepting orders without the ability to fulfill them.
• Providing misleading information about products, prices, or preparation times.
• Mistreating customers, riders, or support staff.

6. Financial Dues

The restaurant or store's financial dues are calculated in accordance with the partnership agreement and FALCO DELIVERY's policies. Dues are transferred using approved payment methods, with the possibility of deducting previously agreed commissions or fees.

7. Suspension or Termination of the Account

FALCO DELIVERY has the right to suspend or terminate a restaurant or store's account in the following cases:

• Violation of the terms of use.
• Providing forged data or documents.
• Repeated complaints regarding service quality.
• Selling products or services that violate the law.
• Any conduct that harms the platform, customers, or riders.
• Violation of regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Morocco.

The restaurant or store also has the right to request termination of the partnership and closure of the account, after settling all financial and administrative obligations.

The restaurant or store bears full responsibility for:

• Order accuracy.
• Adherence to approved prices.
• Compliance with health and commercial laws.
