Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your FALCO DELIVERY account at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what is retained and why, and how to submit your request.

What gets deleted

• Your personal data (name, phone number, email, saved addresses)
• The order history linked to your account on the app side
• Any saved location data or preferences

What is retained, and why

We retain order and financial transaction records tied to your account for the period required by Moroccan law for accounting and tax purposes, even after account deletion. These records are separated from your direct personal data wherever possible.

Retention period

Your personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request being confirmed. Financial records are kept only for the legally required period.

How to submit a request

Send your account-deletion request to the email address below from the address registered on your account, stating the phone number linked to it.
